Fanny Adams Guarantee & Refund Policy:

What we want for our customers is the same as what we would expect as customers ourselves; good value, top quality and dependability.

That is why Fanny Adams have a refund and/or replace policy. If they don’t do what we say, you get your money back or an instant replacement.  Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please email info@fannyadams.co.nz within 10 days to arrange return details.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed ie. in mint condition.
  • If you have made a purchase of a sale item, a refund does not apply unless the item is faulty.
  • If we have accidentally supplied an incorrect item, we will cover your return postage cost and replace with the correct item.
  • If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will need to pay the return delivery costs.
  • Please include a note confirming the reason for return and include your Order Number to assist us with traceablity.
  • In all instances, when you return items, please make sure they are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage and track your postage, we recommend using a traceable method to ensure the safe return of any goods.
